That’s not how it works, you gain the experience they have and that’s it.

And the remaining Chakra returns, that is how Naruto was able to use a Shadow clone to enter Sage Mode during his fight against Pain.
I think you should go back to re-read/watch OG Naruto cuz it seems you don't remember how that works.

The experience returning included trauma, which is why it was a Forbidden Jutsu; also, thanks to his lineage, Naruto was born with immense Chakra alongside the vast amount provided by Kurama (simply existing inside him)... Naruto can do 100 clones with the same effort as the average Shinobi can use 1. This gets exponentially increased as he simply ages, let alone all the effort he puts in to improve it.

tl;dr Naruto draws on Kurama for Chakra, so he can do 100:1 of Boruto.
